Session 2 - 1on1 w/Joris
In this phase, we’ll be exploring who you really are - and working to find the best path forward together.
We'll start with a deep dive into your foundations, begin to understand your leadership makeup and identify what's got you stuck. You'll gain clarity around self limiting beliefs, highlight the leadership paradigm your working within and examine the 'realities' you've imposed on yourself.

Part One: Levelling Previous Relationships
Here, we’ll take an unfiltered look at relationships and identify who is triggering us into certain behaviours. We’ll work with my proven system with the aim of freeing yourself from judgement. You’ll also learn to approach any situation and people trigger-free and with a high level of detachment.

Joris doesn’t take his commitment to you lightly. Throughout your time together, you will never be alone. You’ll have access to his personal mobile phone number which you’re welcome to call at any time. THE INTENSIVE FORMAT
If you’ve worked with a mentor before, you’ll know that most mentors work on a month-to-month basis, have open-ended engagements and provide no clear deliverables.
